DDG: Sisters Reunite With Brother Adopted As A Baby After Years Of Looking

For years, four sisters from the Columbus, Nebraska, area have been searching for their biological brother, who was surrendered for adoption as a baby. On National Siblings Day, they posted on social media asking for help in locating him, armed with only a childhood photo with the name Greg on the back. Miraculously, their plea caught the attention of someone who recognized the child in the picture.

Their brother, Greg Kathol, who grew up 80 miles away in Wakefield and now resides in Wayne, Nebraska, saw the post and shared it with his adoptive mother, who confirmed his identity as the baby in the photo. He reached out to his newfound sisters, sharing more photos and confirming his identity, which led to an emotional reunion between the siblings.

The sisters describe an immediate connection upon meeting their long-lost brother, feeling like they had known him for years. Their bond with each other has also grown stronger since their reunion, and they plan to include Greg in their lives going forward as a new family, reunited at last.
